SHIPPING METHOD

HOW DO YOU SHIP AND WHAT IS THE PRICE?

Shipping costs vary depending on your exact location and shipping option

WHY DIDN'T MY SHIPMENT COME IN ONE PACKAGE?

Orders are fulfilled from various suppliers throughout the US (Florida, Hawaii, California, etc). This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually particularly orders that include jewelry- you may receive one item before the next. Please do not panic if you don't receive all of your items at once; they are on the way.  Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers' orders.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We offer both Domestic and International shipping, however, due to security reasons we cannot ship to military areas.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?

We ship orders overseas by mail service. Once order is processed, we send it to the shipping company that handles shipping.  After arriving to your country, it is handled by your country's postal service.  Please contact your local postal service once it arrives in your country.

SHIPPING TIME

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

Shipping time will depend on your exact location, however, it generally takes between 3-7 days for shipping within the US and 10-15 days for International deliveries. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking codes of your orders are sent to the email you provided upon placing the order.  This email will indicate how to track your package.  Please note the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after receiving the email.

WHEN WILL MY TRACKING INFORMATION APPEAR?

You should see tracking events within 24-48 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID.  

WHY CAN'T I TRACK MY ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE?

In most cases, tracking information will be displayed after 1-5 days after purchase depending on the speed of the carrier.  If for some reason information about your package is unavailable, please track again later or contact us for a status update. 

WHY IS MY SHIPMENT STATUS UNCHANGED?

Your shipment may be delayed.  Delivery delays can occur due to weather, customs or backlogs either by suppliers or postal carriers.  Therefore, tracking information will be displayed after the shipping process has been updated by either parties.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

BB&B offers safe shopping and accepts payments via Credit card, Debit card, Visa or Shopify payments.  Choose the method most suitable for you.  All products are listed in US Dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing your order.

WHICH CURRENCY ARE YOU USING ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Our products are listed in US Dollars.  Our system will automatically convert it for you upon receipt of the payment.
